Classifies a spec's tasks.md and validates its delivery structure (spec 0044).

Usage 

navori spec <classify|check> <feature> [--cwd <path>] [--json]

--cwd <path> Repo root; defaults to the current directory.
--json Emits the machine-readable contract.

Notes

  • `classify` decides the shape: one PR (single) or one PR per functional delivery (split). It splits only with 2 or more deliveries and more than 12 tasks or 1500 estimated lines, capped at 4 PRs; the thresholds live in sdd.deliveries.
  • `check` validates milestones, criteria, tasks, R<n> coverage, vertical deliveries and foundation. If the spec is a part of a master-plan stage in deliveries mode, each `E<n>` must exist in parts.json (`master-delivery-unmapped`, error) and its target must match prTarget (`master-target-mismatch`, warning). Previous-format specs only emit warnings.
  • Exit codes: 0 no findings or warnings only, 2 error findings, 1 invalid config or missing tasks.md (`classify` also exits 1 when deliveries exceed maxPrsPerSpec).
  • It is read-only: it never runs the acceptance commands or opens PRs.
